Affidavit tendered by Mr.Bade, Assistant Director of Education, Deputy Director Office, Mumbai, is taken on record. Explanation tendered by him for none compliance appears to be appealing and there appears to be bonafide mistake in understanding the orders. As such, an apology is accepted.

Notice of contempt issued against the said officer, stands discharged. 3.

Counsel for respondent no.2 assures that by 06.08.2022 proposal for release of monetary benefits with revised pension will be released in favour of the petitioner shall be submitted.

Once such proposal is received by the Education Officer on 6.8.2022, we expect the Education Officer to deal with the same, in any case by 3.9.2022.

The Education Officer so also respondent no.2 are directed to report compliance of release of mandatory benefits so also revised pension on or before 3.9.2022 to this Court.

In view of above, nothing survives in contempt petition. 7.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.

8.
