Heard. By this petition, the Petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of FIR lodged by her, namely, FIR No.332 of 2011 registered with Dindoshi Police Station. Said FIR is registered in the year 2011. It was investigated and charge-sheet is already filed. Present petition is filed in the year 2014. In these circumstances, we do not see any reason to transfer investigation. No ground is made out for entertaining this writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed. [SMT.
