This Civil Application is filed seeking leave to amend the Public Interest Litigation as per Schedule annexed to the Civil Application. The Public Interest Litigation is at the stage of admission. The amendment is necessitated because of the subsequent knowledge after filing of the Public Interest Litigation.

We, therefore, allow this Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
