The sole grievance of the Petitioner is that tough the application was submitted on 4th October 2011 and plans were subsequently submitted on 31st October 2011, Respondent No.1 has not taken any action on the said application and plans. Lastly, on 1st August 2017, the Petitioner through his advocate made a detailed representation to Respondent No.1, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-KK page No.180 to the petition. However, till date he has not received any reply from the Respondents.

Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioner's said representation dated 1st August 2017 would be decided as expeditiously as possible and in any case within the period of six patilsr 1 / 2

weeks from today. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In the light of above statement, grievance of the Petitioner at this stage stands redressed. Hence, writ petition is disposed of.

Needless to say that Respondent No.1 shall decide the said representation of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
