Nominal Roll shows that thereafter the Petitioner was granted death parole between 29th June 2019 to 14th July 2019. 3.

As such, the request made earlier does not survive.

If the cause of illness of wife still subsists, Petitioner can apply afresh for parole.

Hence, with said liberty and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of present Writ Petition.
