Learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 makes a statement that the original application made by the Petitioner on 03/01/2011 u/s 6 and 19 of the Maharashtra Private Forest (Acquisition) Act 1975, before the Collector, Pune is not traceable.

Learned AGP submits that the authority can consider the application annexed to this Petition at Ex.D at page No.30 and same shall be decided within a period of six weeks from today, after giving an opportunity to the Petitioner to put forth his case.
