By this application, the applicant prays that the order of arrest warrant dated 03/11/2016 in Criminal Case No.23/12 passed against the applicant be cancelled and set aside. 2.
On query it is found that the applicant had moved an application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant before the learned Sessions Judge and learned Sessions Judge has rejected the application for cancellation of non-bailable warrant. The said application and the said order was not before the Court. There is no whisper in respect of such order passed by the learned Sessions Nesarikar

On query, the copy of the application and copy of the order is placed before the Court. I have gone through the order. The application and order dated 21/11/2016 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Solapur, below Ex.17 in Criminal Case No.23/12. In the order learned Judge has referred to the directions given in the case of Arun Kumar Chaturvedi, versus, State of Maharashtra, in Writ Petition No.4429/13 decided by this Court on 24/12/2013 and further has given the correct reasons for refusing to cancel the non-bailable warrant. I am not inclined to interfere in the order. Hence the application is rejected. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) Nesarikar
