Prisoner who has enjoyed furlough leave between 2/3/2019 to 24/3/2019 is before this Court pointing out that parole leave sought by him by application dated 6/12/2018 has been rejected by the Competent Authority on 11/2/2019 and appeal against it has been rejected by the State Government on 5/7/2019.

We find that along with present proceeding he has tendered a certificate issued by Madhav Multi-Specialty Hospital dated 13/9/2019. 3.

We keep all contention of the proceeding open and with liberty to apply afresh in accordance with law if contingency still subsists, we dispose of the present matter.
