Mr. Patel, learned AGP, on instructions, makes a statement that within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent No.1 shall make reference to the District Court, Pune or other competent civil court under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 and deposit the amount of compensation payable to the petitioners and respondent Nos. 3 to 7 in the said Court in respect of lands bearing gat Nos.39, 58, 95, 126, 130, 138 and 143 situated at Village Mindhewadi, Taluka Mawal, District; Pune. The statement is accepted. 2.

In the light of the above statement, Mr. Patil, learned counsel, fairly conceded that the grievance raised by the petitioners in the petition no more survived. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
