Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company and the learned Counsel for Respondent No.1-original claimant. In spite of service of notice, no one else appeared on behalf of respondent No.2. 2.

The present application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 72 days caused for presenting appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No. 571/C-136/2013. 3.

In view of reasons mentioned in the application and nature of subject matter, there is no impediment to condone the delay. Accordingly, the civil application stands allowed and the delay of 72 days caused for presenting the appeal against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Mumbai in 1/2
