Heard the learned counsel for the parties, considering the averments made and as the Petitioner is senior citizen, we are inclined to direct the office to list the matter on 28.11.2017 for final hearing, even otherwise it is a matter of 2005. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a). No costs. Petitioner to file short synopsis and submissions in the meantime.
