Pursuant to our order dated 3rd November, 2023, the learned APP has handed over the report of DNA, as conducted by FSL, Kalina, in a sealed envelope. The envelope is opened. The opinion in the DNA report dated 9th November, 2023 reads thus; "Opinion :- Seemadevi Sunil Kumbhar and Sunil Ramdular Kumbhar are concluded to be the biological parents of Female Wakodikar 1/2

A copy of the said report is taken on record and a photocopy of the same is made available, both, to the learned APP as well as to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
