The applicant had earlier approached this court vide Criminal Bail Application No.2936 of 2017. By reasoned order dated 12/06/2019 that application for bail was rejected. The applicant is in custody since 29/11/2016 and, therefore, the trial needs to be concluded at the earliest. The allegations against the applicant are quite serious. Everything is discussed in the previous order. However, the trial also needs to be concluded at the earliest. The main witness i.e. the first informant is already examined. 2.

Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
i) The application is allowed to be withdrawn. ii) The Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of five months from today.
iii)If the trial is not over within that period, the applicant is at liberty to move fresh bail application on the ground of delay in trial.
iv)The applicant, as well as, the prosecution shall co-operate with the trial Court in concluding the trial within the stipulated period.
v) With these observations, the application is disposed of.
