1] This is an application for modification of condition No.4 imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by this Court by its Order dated 9th October 2017. The said condition No.4 reads as under: "(iv) As a condition of this order, the applicant is directed to report to Police Station, Anti Robbery and Dacoity Cell, Crime Branch, Kurla (West), Mumbai in Crime No.17 of 2017 once in every Monday of the month in between 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m till completion of trial."

appp.1050-2017.doc that, this Court after taking into consideration the facts of the case has imposed the aforestated condition while releasing applicant on bail. 3] I find no reason to modify the said condition. Application is accordingly dismissed.
