Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that he was not heard at the time of passing of the impugned order of grant of maintenance by the Family Court. The perusal of the order indicates that the reply was filed by the Petitioner on record, however, it appears that no oral arguments were advanced by the Petitioner.

As the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner is that he was not heard in the matter, liberty to the Petitioner to move for review of the impugned order before the Family Court, Nashik. 3.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
