Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1-Bank states that the entire premise on which the Petition is filed is the notice dated 31 October 2017 issued by the Respondent No.3. She submits that the said notice wrongly refers to section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act). She makes a statement that the Respondent No.1-Bank has not issued any notice nor taken any action under the SARFAESI Act. Uday.P.Kambli 1/2

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1-Bank, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press the Petition and seeks to withdraw the Petition. 3.
