Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1-Bank states that the entire premise on which the Petition is filed is the notice dated 31 October 2017 issued by the Respondent No.3. She submits that the said notice wrongly refers to section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act).
