Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sarawate, learned Counsel for the respondent at length. 2.

Leave to delete respondent and implead Aditi Dinesh Chandel as respondent is granted. Amendment shall be carried out forthwith. 3.

This Petition is filed for directing the Family Court, Pune to dispose of the pending applications between the parties within one month by keeping the matter on daily basis and to dispose of Petition No. A-1414 of 2015 within 3 months of passing of the order by this Court. 4.

Mr. Kulkarni submitted that the petitioner who is respondent before the Family Court has filed application on 15th May, 2017 for expeditious disposal of the Petition and till date, the learned trial Judge has not decided that application Exhibit B Pages 33-34. Mr. Sarawate submitted that in fact, the respondent has given no objection for expediting the proceedings of Petition No. A-1414 of 2015.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of. The learned trial Judge is requested to decide application dated 15th May, 2017 filed by the petitioner Exhibit B Pages 33 -34 within 2 weeks from 31st October, 2018. Order accordingly.
