1] Learned counsel for the Applicant-Appellant, on instructions, submits that the matter is amicably settled between the parties in the Executing Court at Thane. He tendered the ordinary copy of the compromise pursis Exhibit-20. It is taken on record and marked as Annexure-"A" for identification.

2] The compromise pursis shows that the dispute is amicably settled between the parties on 08/09/2018.

3] In view thereof, the Appeal along with Civil Applications stand disposed of as withdrawn.

4] The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- be transferred to the concerned Tribunal. The said amount is allowed to be withdrawn by Respondent No.1-Claimant.
