After arguing for sometime learned Counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that this petition be disposed of by directing the Inquiry Officer to decide the petitioner's objection/representation dated 24/11/2017 seeking deletion of allegation statement No. 1 and 2 from the charge-sheet. According to the petitioner, after submitting the said objection / 1/2

959. WP 13999-17.doc representation dated 24/11/2017, the petitioner had preferred further representation dated 10th February, 2018 and 1st March, 2018, but till date the same has not been considered and decided.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties on the aforesaid prayer. Having regard to the aforesaid prayer, we dispose of the petition by directing the Inquiry Officer/ competent authority to decide the aforesaid objection/ representation and take appropriate decision in accordance with law before proceeding further in the inquiry.
