After having heard learned Counsel for respective parties, both the Applications are allowed in terms of ad-interim order dated 23rd

2/2 Yadav 23.aba.2175.18 aw aba.2560.18 October 2018 with condition that Applicants shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses and shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed. 2.

It is worth to observe here that in response to the submissions made by the learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer, Mr. Mundargi, the learned Counsel for Applicants fairly volunteers to tender the rubber stamp used in the commission of crime and will also give the specimen of handwriting to the Investigating Officer. The statement made by the learned Counsel for Applicants on instructions is accepted as an undertaking.
