P.C.:- The Applicant has sought to stay the execution and operation of judgment and award dated 17th January, 2015 passed by the M.A.C.T., Malshiras in Claim Petition No.9 of 2010. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the entire amount as per the judgment and award including the interest till the date of deposit has already been deposited before the Tribunal. 3.

In the light of the said statement, execution of the judgment and award dated 17th January, 2015 is stayed till the disposal of the first appeal.
