Learned A.P.P. on instructions submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted from M.C.O.C. Special Case No.4 of 2015 by the trial Court on 26th April 2019.

She submitted that, as far as M.C.O.C. Special Case No.16 of 2015 is concerned, the Petitioner has been released on bail by this Court by its Order dated 18th September 2019.
