This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing application seeking leave to file appeal, thereby challenging the Judgment and Order dated 16/09/2014 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 63rd Court, Andheri, Mumbai Criminal Case No. 5425/SS/2009, thereby acquitting the respondents of the offence punishable under Section 138 read with Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
