Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 286 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 29.09.2014 passed by 2nd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division Alibaug in LAR No.844/2000 (Old No.68/1991).

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 286 days in filing the above mentioned First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 29.09.2014 passed by the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Alibaug, Raigad in LAR NO.844/2000 (Old LAR No.68/1991)."

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
