The Civil Application is allowed. The learned counsel for the Petitioner to amend the Writ Petition to bring legal heirs of Respondent No.4 i.e. Respondent Nos.4A to 4C on record within a period of two weeks. After the amendment is carried out, copy of the Writ Petition be served on Respondent Nos.4A to 4C. 4.
