Sutar, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to make representation under Section 151 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act to the State regarding the grievance made in the present Petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted.

The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
