Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now at this stage, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition for the reliefs claimed. He however submits that the respondent school management be directed to process the petitioner's pension papers and accord him pension on the post to which he has holding i.e. Headmaster of the school in accordance with law. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions, we dispose of this

44-wp-11837.2015.sxw petition by directing the respondent Management of the school to process the petitioner's pension papers as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law and grant unpaid salary to him from June, 2016 if not already paid and if there is no legal impediment for the same. 4.
