Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, as per his instructions, the Petitioner has been paying the maintenance as per the award passed by the Lok-Adalat.

This Petition is pending since 2019. He seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in case any adverse orders are passed against the Petitioner in future.
