Learned APP on the last date had pointed out that the Applicant had also filed an Application seeking his enlargement on bail before the trial Court. In view of the said statement, the learned counsel for the Applicant had sought time to verify the same.

Today, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions does not dispute the said statement made by the learned APP. He,

Accordingly, learned counsel for the Applicant, does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application, at a later stage.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 5.

It is made clear, that this Application has not been considered on merits.
