By filing this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent no.3 Reserve Bank of India to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation dated 21st November 2016-Exhibit F as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the Respondent no.3 Reserve Bank of India to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's representation dated 21st November, 2016-Exhibit F as expeditiously as possible, but not later than four weeks, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
