Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. As it is claimed by the Advocate for the applicant that he was not aware of the conditional order, a case for restoration is made out.

Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and(c) subject to modification that time of two weeks is granted to the applicant to supply adequate number of copies of the petition. If copies are not supplied within stipulated period, the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If copies are supplied

caw3157 within stipulated period, notice be issued in terms of order dated 21st September 2015 returnable on 28th January 2016.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks ad-interim relief.
