1] Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, on the District Court Official Website he has come across the order dated 15/03/2018 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli, in H.M.P. No.423 of 2017. As per the said order, the said Marriage Petition filed by the Respondent-husband for divorce on the ground of cruelty and desertion has been withdrawn by him vide a pursis at Exhibit-12.
