In furtherance of the directions issued on 15/03/2021, learned A.P.P. states that in the present case, the charges are already framed and her instructions are that the trial is to commence today. It appears that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the Application and, therefore, has not appeared AJN

2/2 18 BA-3131.19.odt before this court from 11/03/2020 till now. Since the trial is informed to have commenced in the Special Court with seven witnesses, the trial can be expeditiously completed. The Sessions Court/Special Court dealing with Case No.90 of 2019 is requested to expedite the proceedings of the trial and make attempts to conclude the same preferably, within six months from today. In case the trial is not concluded, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Application seeking his release on bail. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the Bail Application is disposed of.
