Learned Counsel for the applicant upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, since the case is committed to the Court of Sessions and registered as Sessions Case No. 519 of 2014, the learned Sessions Court seized with Sessions Case No. 519 of 2014 is requested to make an endeavour to conclude recording of evidence as far as possible within 9 months from the date of framing of charge. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
