Mr.Joshi, learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. Undertaking is accepted.

The reasons for not removing office objections are explained in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the civil application and are accepted. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (A) on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. No order as to costs.

If all office objections are not removed within two weeks from today, the order passed by this Court to stand vacated and the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judl.-II) on 15th January 2015 to stand restored without further reference to the Court. 4.
