Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. 509 of 2022 dated 08/10/2022 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station for offence punishable under sections 323, 324, 327, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.
It is alleged that there was some dispute over organizing a function. The applicants were annoyed with the complainant. The applicant no.1 assaulted the complainant with iron rod on his forehead. It is further 1/3
alleged that a sum of Rs. 5,000/- was removed from the pocket of the complainant by the applicants. The complainant suffered simple injuries and sought discharge from the hospital against medical advice. There are no fractured injuries reported as per medical record. The injuries are simple in nature. There are no criminal antecedents recorded against the applicants. Considering the nature of the allegations, in my opinion, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not required in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicants on instructions submitted that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicants, the applicants are even willing to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the Investigating Officer. Statement accepted. Hence, the following order.
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with C.R.No.509 of 2022 dated 08/10/2022 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, the applicant no.1 - Ravikant Siddharam Kamble and applicant no. 2- Amit Kashinath Rathod be released on bail on their furnishing 2/3
P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence;
(c) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer on 16/01/2023, 17/01/2023, 18/01/2023 between 11.00 a.m.
and 2.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.
(d) The applicants shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station once in a month every Monday, between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
(e) An amount of Rs.5,000/- shall be depsoited with the Investigating Officer by the applicants within a period of 1 week from the date of their release. Statement is accepted.
