The Petition arises out of the matrimonial dispute between the parties. The parties say that they have decided to settle the dispute. The Petitioner as well as Respondent are present in the Court. The consent terms have been signed by the Advocate for the Petitioner as well as Advocate for the Respondent for identification. The consent terms are also signed by the Petitioner as well as Respondent who are present in the Court. The parties 1/2

4.wp.13627-18.doc say that they have read what is stated in the consent terms and agreed to abide by the same. The parties are identified by their respective advocate.

In paragraph 8 of the consent terms it has been provided that the Application to waive of statutory period under Section 13(B)(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is made on 26.02.2021, the same obviously will be considered by the Family Court Judge in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Amardeep Singh Vs. Harveen Kaur reported in (2017) 8 SCC 746.

In this view of the matter, the Petition is disposed of in view of the consent terms which are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification.
