The applicant who is a life convict has filed the present application for temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his niece scheduled on 20th December, 2015. The applicant has contended that his brother viz. the father of his niece is residing at Doha Qatar for service purpose and, therefore, nobody is available for preparation of his niece's marriage.

Mr. Saste learned counsel for the State placed on record a report dated 13th December, 2015 of PI- Mr. P.C.Misar, Mandangad Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.11 Appa 1465.15 Police Station. The report shows that the petitioner's brother viz.the father of his niece has taken leave and has come to Mandangad for preparation of the said marriage. That apart, other relatives are also available for the said purpose. Be that as it may, on the earlier two occasions when the applicant was released on parole, he surrendered late by 102 and 30 days respectively. In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the criminal application and the same stands dismissed accordingly.
