This application is filed seeking regular bail in Crime No. 560 of 2016 registered with Bandra Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The only role attributed to the applicant is he caught hold the complainant and his father assaulted the complainant with a hockey stick. 3.

The role attributed to the applicant as the fact that the applicant was behind the bar for almost one month, further detention of the applicant is not warranted in absence of any criminal antecedent. The investigation is already over.

In view thereof, the applicant is released on P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The applicant shall attend before the Investigation Officer as and when called. Time to furnish sureties as prayed is granted. The applicant shall be released on cash security and upon an undertaking that the applicant shall furnish sureties as ordered within a period of six weeks from today. 5.
