Feeling aggrieved by that order dated 20 th October, 2018 refusing ad-interim relief in Suit Stamp No. 14152/2018, Plaintiff has preferred this appeal. On 1 st November, 2018 following order was passed.

In that view of the order, the learned trial Court shall make an endeavor to decide the motion on merits and preferably before 30 th June, 2022. Till then, the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader shall continue to bind the Respondent No.2. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not heard the Appellant on merits.
