Heard. The petitioner by filing this petition seeks the following reliefs:

"b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ order in the nature of Mandamus or Certorari or such other writ, order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper by way of issuing direction(s) to Respondent nos.2 to 5 thereby asking Respondent no.4 and 5 not to put illegal and

arbitrary restriction upon petitioner to carry on business of video centre which is running in the name and style as M/s. Soni Video Centre, situated at Room No.143, Bhartiya Kamla Nagar, S.P.Road, Antop Hill, Wadala (East), Mumbai 400 037, by way of lifting the so called unjustified ban/restriction for conducting video centre business of petitioner at above place of business, forthwith.

c) The Hon'be Court may be pleased to issue direction against the respondent no.4 and 5 in terms of not to cause harassment and forceful arbitrary compulsion upon the petitioner to shut down business of video centre operating from Room No.143, Bhartiya Kamla Nagar, S.P.Road, Antop Hill, Wadala (East), Mumbai 400 037 in the name and style as M/s. Soni Video Centre."

Mr. Saste, learned APP tendered a letter dated 23.12.2014 written by Senior Police Inspector, Wadala T.T.Police Station, Mumbai. The letter discloses that the police have not compelled the petitioner to close down the Video parlour. The letter is taken on record and marked "X".

In view of the statement contained in the said letter the grievance made by the petitioner no more survives. The petition is without any merits and hence dismissed.
