1] The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of orders dated 1.12.2015, 16.12.2015 and 21.1.2016, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the applicant has co-operated with the Investigating Agency during the said process and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2] In view of the same, the interim relief granted by order dated 1.12.2015 is hereby confirmed.
