The writ petition arises out of an order directing police protection in favour of respondents.

In furtherance of order of injunction granted in faour of respondents, this Court in appeal from order arising out of an injunction, set aside the order of injunction. 3.

Since the order of injunction is set aside, the order of grant of police protection for enforcement of order cannot be sustained. Hence, the impugned order dated 30 September 2023 passed
