After the application was argued on the earlier occasion for some time and the Court was not inclined to grant the relief in this matter, at the request of applicant's advocate application was kept today for taking appropriate instructions. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the applicant be permitted to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant be granted two weeks time to surrender before the investigating officer.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, application is allowed to be withdrawn. Applicant is permitted to surrender
