After the matter was argued for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it is submitted that the applicant may be granted time to surrender up to 12th November 2018. In view of the submission, Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2185 of 2018 is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is, however, granted time to surrender before the investigating officer on 12th November 2018.
