These two applications are taken together as the parties in the appeal have made similar prayers in respect of transposition of the parties. Only in respect of Mr.R.S. Kumar, original respondent No.10, there is no 1 / 2

caf.4084.2015+_914.doc such prayer in Civil Application No.4084 of 2015. However, in Civil Application No.4085 of 2015, the applicants have prayed that appellant No.10 is to be transposed as respondent No.30. 2.

This is a trust matter between the parties and due to resignation of some of the trustees, their transposition is prayed for with regard to the change in their status.

In view of the above, both the Civil Applications are allowed. Amendments to be carried out within two weeks. 4.

List the appeal for admission on 4.3.2016.
