This application is taken out seeking the following reliefs :- "(a) this Hon'ble Court be please to expedite the Criminal Writ Petition No.2789 of 2010 and fixe the date of the hearing of the said matter at the earliest;

3) appw488-15 (b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to modify the order dated 11/02/2011 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.2789 of 2010 and delete the portion that the "the Complainant does not belong to the reserved category." 2.

So far as relief claimed in prayer (b) is concerned, we do not find any justification to consider the same. 3.

The above writ petition is filed for quashing of the F.I.R.. The petitioner is already admitted and stay is already granted. In that view of the matter, the prayer for early hearing of the petition can be granted. Accordingly, Registry is directed to list the writ petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 29th February, 2016.
