P.C.:- 1) Learned Advocate for the Petitioners expressed his inability to proceed with the hearing of the Petition for want of instructions from the Petitioners. He submitted that, the Petitioners have not contacted him for a long period and therefore he is unaware of the current status of the present crime.

2) Record indicates that, since the date of filing of present Petition i.e. 23rd October, 2018, Petitioners have not taken any efforts even to circulate present Petition and/or to give necessary instructions to their Advocate.

3) It appears that, Petitioners are not interested in pursuing present Petition.
