Heard both sides. The applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his cousin brother which is to take place on 14th December 2016.

We are not inclined to grant parole on the ground of marriage of cousin brother. Had it been a close relative of the avk 1/2

9-APPA-1453-2016.doc applicant like brother, sister or daughter or son, we would have been inclined to consider the application for temporary bail. In addition, the jail record of the applicant shows that on 6th August 2016, applicant was released on parole, however he did not return back to the prison in time. Looking to all these facts, we are not inclined to grant the prayer of the applicant. The application is rejected.
