Through this Petition, the petitioner is claiming various reliefs as per paragraph 15 of the Writ Petition. According to the petitioner he has not been paid salary pending as per prescribed pay scale, benefits of senior grade from the date of his entitlement, pay of excess workload allotted to him, annual increments. His grievance is also about the non deduction of provident fund as per prescribed rate and various 1/2

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this Petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent No.3 and respondent No.3 be directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible.

In view of aforesaid prayer, we dispose of this Petition by permitting the petitioner to submit a detailed representation in regard to his various claims within 4 weeks. In case, such representation is submitted by the petitioner before respondent No.3, respondent No.3 shall consider the same and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of such representation. The decision as aforesaid be taken after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of.
